Botanical elements
The stinging nettle belongs to the Urticidae family. The leaves are elongated and strongly serrated at the periphery. The entire plant is covered with urticarial hairs, with the exception of the young leaves and the green shoots between March and May. The white-green flowers hang in small spikes. The flowering lasts from May to July. The nettle grows near human dwellings, gardens, fences and wastelands. It is collected from May to August

The use of nettle is recommended for rheumatism, polyarthritis, inflammation of the urinary tract and prostatic hyperplasia.
*The nettle herb has an anti-inflammatory effect. It is recommended as a supportive treatment for rheumatic complaints (polyarthritis).
Boil 1 tablespoon of finely chopped leaves with 150 ml of boiling water and leave for 20 minutes. Drink several times a day.
*The nettle is suitable for treating inflammatory diseases of the draining urinary tract.
Chop 4 teaspoons of nettle leaves, scald them with 150 ml of boiling water and leave them for 10 minutes.
Drink 2-3 cups daily.
*If you have problems urinating due to an enlarged prostate, taking nettle root preparations can help relieve the discomfort. The amount of residual urea is reduced and urine flow is noticeably improved.
Boil 1-1 1/2 kg of chopped root with 150 ml of water, let it boil for 1 minute and leave for 10 minutes. Drink 2-3 cups daily.
